Welcome to Goodall Genealogy
Primarily I have noticed in my research over the years that there are some great sites out there to get you back to perhaps the 15th century if possible but beyond that is quite complicated. As such I have spent a lot of time researching the goodall family and have found a large amount of resources of different Goodalls through out history. Problem with this I noticed is that these resources are scattered every where and in less you match certain keywords in your searches you will probably miss out on a Goodall.

I got my fascination for looking into my family history thanks to my grandfather. He was very much interested and looked a lot into it which started my initial interest. Both fascinated with how far we could go back we set out on building our tree. We managed to get a few generations back pretty quickly but as I imagine others have run into the fact that the further you go back the more the lines get blurred and also record finding gets more complex.
